We are proud to partner with the Northwestern Alumni Association and contribute to their Career Webinar Series. This Webinar is geared specifically to current and former student athletes. Athletics at any level can help to develop critical leadership and career skills. Employers love to recruit high school and college athletes for their skills in teamwork, resiliency, time management, discipline, and communication. However, athletes often face leadership and career development challenges given the focus and time commitment they give their sport. Athletes have unique leadership and career development needs.
