They see too many college graduates struggle after graduation because they don't know what they want to do, and they don't know how to effectively search for a job. Through CareerPrep, Audra and Sara help students find their way to a great career.

Audra Emerson has over 20 years of Recruiting and Human Resources experience. Through her agency and consulting experience she has helped thousands of people advance their careers at top start-ups and Fortune elite companies. Her breadth of experience crosses financial services, retail, technology and manufacturing industries with clients such as Target, Russell Investments, US Bank, Ameriprise, Allianz and more. Audra is passionate about personal and professional development and believes true fulfilment only comes through doing work that combines your interests, strengths, weaknesses, skills, values and goals. Audra has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. She currently lives in Edina, Minnesota with her husband and two daughters.

Sara Wegmann

Sara Wegmann has over 15 years of Human Resources and consulting experience at top companies such as Deloitte Consulting, Target, and Merrill Lynch. As an HR leader Sara has interviewed countless candidates, coached employees on job changes and career transitions, and helped leaders and managers assess talent and make hiring decisions. She has also led the development of mentoring, training, and leadership development programs for leaders and new hires at Fortune 500 companies. Sara has been passionate about career coaching since working at the Career Center at Lawrence University. She is actively involved in leading and mentoring students as a Soccer Coach, Girl Scout Leader, and parent volunteer. Sara has a B.A. in Psychology from Lawrence University and an MBA in HR and Management and Organizations from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. She served as an advisory board member for Kellogg’s Women’s Business Association from 2002-2010. Sara lives in Edina with her husband and two children.
